Submit and track an application
Verify your Discord identity, complete the recruitment form and find your application status.
You can apply through a team’s StaffNest recruitment link without already having access to its management panel. The recruiting team sets the requirements, questions and final decision.
Choose the position
Section titled “Choose the position”Open the link supplied by the team, verify the server identity, and select a position if a list is shown. Read the description, target rank, requirements and closing date. The position must still accept applications.
Complete the form
Section titled “Complete the form”- Sign in with Discord and verify the displayed account.
- Check the verified Discord identity; switch accounts if it is wrong.
- Enter your nickname and continue to the questions.
- Answer the required free-text or choice questions within their displayed limits.
- Review your answers, check the requested confirmation and submit.
- Wait for the success screen before closing the page.
Signing in or typing answers does not submit an application. The final submit action does.
Resume a draft
Section titled “Resume a draft”When browser storage is available, the form indicates that a draft is retained in this tab for 24 hours. It can survive a reload of the same tab for the same account and form.
A draft is not a submitted application and is not synchronized across devices. Do not rely on it after closing the tab or changing browsers. If the browser cannot retain it, keep the page open until submission. Clearing the draft removes the current answers after confirmation; successful submission also clears it.
Check your status
Section titled “Check your status”Return to the position link with the same Discord account. The page shows your pending, accepted or rejected application, even after the position closes, while the application record is retained. Pending or accepted applications prevent a duplicate submission to that position.
After rejection, you may apply again if the position still accepts submissions. The team retains the previous history. An acceptance or rejection message appears if the recruiters chose the application page destination. Internal notes and messages intended only for Discord DMs are not displayed.
A missing Discord DM does not mean submission failed. A closed position no longer accepts applications, but its link still provides your follow-up. If the position or your application was deleted, contact the recruiting team.
Correct a mistake or recover from an error
Section titled “Correct a mistake or recover from an error”The public form does not edit already submitted applications. Contact the team with your account and position details; do not work around a pending application with another account.
- Closed position or limit reached: ask the team whether applications will reopen.
- Expired Discord verification: reconnect with the same account and review your answers.
- Changed form: reload as instructed and review the updated questions; some answers may need to be entered again.
- Missing or long answer: follow the indicated question and length limit.
- No submission confirmation: preserve your answers and check for an existing application before retrying.
- Blacklist: contact the recruiting team, which controls that decision.
Recruiters can use the recruitment management guide.
